1) Subsidy Scheme for Purchase of Autorickshaw / Goods Vehicle, Taxi:
Guidelines:
1. This project will be implemented by the corporation in collaboration with nationalized / Scheduled banks.
2.Beneficiaries who have been granted / obtained loans from banks to buy an autorickshaw / goods vehicle / taxi, 33% of the value of the vehicle will be given as subsidy or maximum Rs. 2.50 lakhs whichever is less.
3. Women will be given priority.
4. The vehicle purchased under this scheme should not be availed by other beneficiaries during the loan period
5. Beneficiary should submit information to the District Office along with the details of the annual income from this vehicle, payment of tax immediately after purchase and payment of insurance.
6. If any insurance payment is claimed, the insurance purchase details should b given to the corporation.
7. The vehicle subsidised through KMDC shall be displayed as "Sponsored by KMDC".
8. The District Manger should certify the beneficiary together with the vehicle image in the file for approval.
Qualification:
- Application must belong to State Religious Minority Community.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state.
- the age limit of the applicant is from 18 and should not exceed 55 years.
- Family income from all source should be within Rs. 4,50 lakh. pre annum.
- No member of the applicant's family shall be an employee of the state / Center / PUS Government.
- Applicant must have the relevant driving license issued by RTO.
- Applicant and his family member should have not availed any loan for vehicle under any scheme of the state Government.
- The application shall not be a loan placement defaulter in KMDC

2) Self - Employment Scheme
Under this scheme, loans and subsidy will be provided to the minority communities with the help of nationalized / Scheduled banks to start or develop a business, small scale industry, service sector and ago-based activities. 33% of the units cost or maximum of Rs. 1.00 Lakh will be given.
Eligibility:
(A) Application must belongs to the State Religious Minority Community.
(B) The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state.
(C) The age limit of the applicant is between 18 to 55 years.
(D) Family annual income from all sources should beRs.81,000 /- in rural area and Rs. 1,03,000 in urban area.
(E) No member of the applicant's family shall be an employee of the state / Central / PSU Government.

3) Shramashakthi Scheme:
Under this scheme, minority community entrepreneurs will be trained to develop their artistic and technical skills and to continue the same business or start small business or to improve their business, KMDC is giving them a loan of Rs. 50,000/- with low rate of interest. If the beneficiary repays 50% of the loan within 36 months the remaining 50% would be considered a back - end subsidy. If the beneficiary fails to repays the loan within 36 months, 50% of the backend subsidy will be considered a loan,
